About Ben: Ben Abray has had the opportunity to support the team at Autumn Graphics, and its customers, for 34 years. His main focus is to provide the team with tools, technology, training and support, to be successful in their roles.
Ben is also highly involved in internal and customer facing technical development, print optimization, process development, color management and graphics production workflow. Autumn Graphics has been a long-standing member of FTA and continues to be a strong supporter of FIRST methodology and certification.
Bob Coomes

About Bob: Bob has 30+ years of experience in flexography. He has worked in both premedia and print production, and currently supports PPC Flexibles’ graphics, prepress and print departments. Bob holds FIRST Prepress Operator and Implementation Specialist Certifications. Bob also serves on the FFTA Board of Trustees.
Michael John
Global Print Quality Manager – Design Operations at 3M

About Michael: With more than 30 years of experience managing prepress and printing projects, Michael has extensive knowledge and expertise in the printing industry. As print quality manager for 3M Brands, including Scotch and Post-it Brand, Michael is responsible for ensuring 3M’s print suppliers maintain a high level of quality, consistency and are in-line with 3M specs, ISO standards and industry best practices. He manages overall uniformity and alignment between brands and print suppliers to drive efficiency, optimization and impact.
Michael sits on the AP Tech Brand Owners Council, along with other print professionals, to help establish industry-wide standards for all print production suppliers. He also sits on the PAC Committee at Dunwoody College where he will help define curriculum for their School of Design and Graphics program. He is passionate about print quality standards and strongly believes effective communication outlining expectations, in addition to color measurement, helps to ensure the success of brands at the point of sale.
Robert Ciezczak

About Robert: Robert has worked at INX International for 32 years, starting out working in production, moving to R&D, then working in the lab as a color matching and quality control expert. His current role is in color management support, working with customers advising and training to use software and spectrophotometers.
