About Ron: Ron has been in the printing industry for over 35 years. He has held manufacturing positions ranging from press operator all the way through to multi-site plant manager. He has worked in the graphics arts segment as a field technician and technical sales person. Most recent, he has worked in a global role with Berry Global, focusing on standardization, process improvement and innovation implementation.

About Kim: Kim has more than 30 years of print experience. Her experience and knowledge have come from working in many areas for printers, as well as suppliers and sales teams. Her duties have included management of the graphics and plate departments, job planning, setting up standard operating procedures, calibration, optimization, and implementation of the color control processes, standard work development, and employee training. She has led teams in systems development and implementations, and created workflows for automation to reduce touchpoints and errors. She was an early adopter of FIRST and FIRST certifications, and has led the certification of multiple plants.
She has served on the FTA Board of Directors and FFTA Board of Trustees, is a member of the FTA Membership Committee, is the chair of the FIRST Committee, has served as a judge for the Excellence in Flexography Awards for many years, and now serves as a member of the competition’s committee.

About Bart: Bart is the VP of technical sales for Pacificolor. He has over 25 years in the flexible printing industry. He has worked at multiple flexographic printer converters with duties including pressroom management, plate mounting and inks, director of graphics, and been responsible for new print technology/best practices for multiple facilities.
Bart has served as an Excellence in Flexography Awards judge for multiple years, He has co-chaired a Fall Conference and chaired FORUM, and served on the Membership Committee and FIRST committee. Bart has a B.S. in Graphic Communication from Clemson University and resides in Wilkesboro, NC.

About Jeff: Jeff has over 25 years in the print and packaging industry with his primary focus on color management through the development and implementation of color and print quality programs for brand owners, converters and ink companies, as well as the technology and processes to support them.
In his current role, Jeff is the graphic technical services manager for Graphic Packaging, where he leads a team that advocates for print quality consistency and improvement through training, best practices and process control technology to the +70 converting operations across GPI North America.

About Nina: As manager of color integration at the Olberding Brand Family, Nina serves as a main technical support to brand and prepress teams for new business integration and functional lead to a team of regional individuals who support press approvals on behalf of OBF clients. In her role, Nina strives to develop and implement client color and pre-production solutions, from design concept to print and manufacturing.
She has served as a valued bridge between creative and technical, venturing into many pressrooms to provide support in translating design objectives into actionable directions for print partners. As a graduate of the Graphic Communications program at Clemson University, Nina began working in color management after completing color management-focused courses and internships, filling roles at global and regional commercial printers, ink manufacturers and prepress vendors.

His many positions within the flexographic industry include prepress, slitter operator, Press Assistant, press operator, supervisor, prepress manager, customer focus quality, technical specialist, printing manager and manufacturing manager.
