His career started as a press operator and progressed through a variety of color, premedia, packaging production, quality and data positions. Randy attended University of Wisconsin – Stout for his B.S. and University of Arkansas for his M.A.B.A.

About David:Dave is a supply chain professional with over a decade of experience in the pet food industry. Currently, he serves as director of strategic sourcing at Instinct Pet Food, responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies focused on ingredients and packaging.
Prior to his role at Instinct, Dave held sourcing and supply chain positions at Solid Gold Pet, Spectrum Brands and Nestle Purina, all focusing on value creation, quality assurance, and supply chain optimization.

About Christopher: Christopher is a packaging professional with over 25 years of graphic development experiences in the consumer products arena. A South Carolina native, he graduated from Clemson University’s Graphic Communications Department, then moved to Atlanta to work for several prepress companies where he was first introduced to Georgia-Pacific as the on-site manager.
In 2020, an opportunity to work for Georgia-Pacific directly opened, where he’s been ever since. Currently, Christopher is a print production manager, working with design, project management and brand teams to commercialize polyethylene and corrugated flexographic packaging. He resides in Atlanta with his wife and has two sons, his oldest at Sewanee University and his youngest a senior in high school.
