Dates and times for exhibitors to move in, set up and move out of the Kansas City Convention Center.

Move-In

Sunday, May 5: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Monday, May 6: 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

All exhibits must be set up by 11:30 a.m. on Monday

Exhibit Hours

Monday, May 6: 1:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday, May 7: 1:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Booth must be staffed during exhibit hours

Monday Evening Social

Monday, May 6: 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Open to all FORUM & INFOFLEX 2024 attendees and exhibitors

Tuesday Lunch

Tuesday, May 7: 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Tuesday lunch is complimentary and takes place at the Greater Columbus Convention Center

CPC Meet-and-Greet

Tuesday, May 7: 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

The CPC Meet-and-Greet takes place during show hours, on the INFOFLEX show floor

Move-Out

Tuesday, May 7: 6:15 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
Wednesday, May 8: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Rules and Regulations

All exhibitors must adhere to FORUM & INFOFLEX 2024’s Rules and Regulations.

By exhibiting at FORUM & INFOFLEX 2024, companies and their employees agree to abide by these guidelines.

Full FORUM Exhibitor Registration

Exhibitors receives one FORUM & INFOFLEX 2024 registration with each 10′ x 10′ booth space.

INFOFLEX-Only Registration Upgrade

Upgrade an INFOFLEX 2024-only registration to a FORUM & INFOFLEX 2024 registration at a reduced rate.

Booth Staff Registration

Names and details of each individual staffing your booth. Each 10′ x 10′ includes two booth staff registrations; fill out one form per individual.

All-Purpose Registration

General FORUM & INFOFLEX 2024 registration, plus FFTA Scholarship Golf Outing, Awards Banquet and drink tickets.

Exhibitor Manual

Available through Freeman’s website. For audio/visual and electrical services inside the Kansas City Convention Center, EAC and Qleads, and other pertinent forms.

Event Pass

For exhibitors to give to printer/converter and CPC clients, entitling them to complimentary access to both days of INFOFLEX 2024.
